Last year's mellower Uproot ranked as one of the best albums of the year as well. Now mark your calendars for November 11, the day /rupture and Matt Shadetek's Solar Life Raft officially drops. After the two met on tour in Europe, they came back to New York to make beats together before producing Jahdan Blakkamoore's recently released debut Buzzrock Warrior. Recorded over the course of two days at Rupture's Brooklyn home studio, Raft is the product of two producers spending months building tracks and working out the remixes that would eventually make it on the album."
